Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This can help: Reduce congestion and pressure in the sinuses, decrease inflammation in tissues, boost the immune system, increase circulation and oxygenation, promote drainage of excess fluid, stimulate production of collagen, and reduce puffiness and swelling.

Select a 60-, 75- or 90-minute session if you’d like to include soothing massage of the face, hands, and feet to further enhance your reflexology experience.

Targeted massage (not a full-body massage) focuses on a specific area of the body. This session targets specific muscle groups or areas of concern and may include lymphatic drainage, reflexology, cupping, gua sha (scraping), and hot stones—customized to meet your individual needs
Reiki
